- App interface, graphics, and branding

4.3 User Responsibilities

- Contains offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Impersonates another person or entity
5. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Subscription and Payments

7.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components
10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOLAM MASTER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kolam Master, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App

- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or designs uploaded to the App
12. Cultural Sensitivity and Respect
Kolam is a sacred and culturally significant art form with deep roots in South Indian tradition. We ask all users to:
- Approach the art form with respect and appreciation
- Acknowledge the cultural heritage and significance of Kolam
- Avoid cultural appropriation or disrespectful modifications
- Share knowledge and celebrate the tradition authentically
We reserve the right to remove content that disrespects the cultural significance of Kolam.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated terms on our website and in the App
- Sending an email notification to registered users
- Displaying an in-app notification
Your continued use of Kolam Master after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kolam Master immediately, without prior notice, if:
